Your Role and Responsibilities

In this pivotal role, you will:

• Analyze and interpret channel analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
• Optimize the channel to enhance lead generation and increase sales.
• Oversee the creative direction of video titles and thumbnails, collaborating with designers and content creators.
• Manage and coordinate with video editors and content creators to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.
• Assign and track tasks in Asana, ensuring team alignment and productivity.
• Review video edits, thumbnail designs, and scripts to maintain quality standards.
• Lead the YouTube team, including hiring and mentoring new members as needed.
• Prepare and present monthly analytics reports to guide strategic planning.
• Stay updated on industry trends to continuously refine our channel's strategy.

What We're Looking For

• Possess over two years of experience managing YouTube channels with proven results.
• Have a knack for data analysis and love using insights to refine strategies.
• Enjoy working collaboratively within a team to produce impactful content.
• Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
