As a pivotal member of our creative team, you will be entrusted with the full spectrum of content production—from conceptualizing and filming to editing and optimizing for various platforms like YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram. Your role will be essential in showcasing the skills and personalities of our esports players, helping them grow their personal brands and engage with audiences worldwide.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop innovative content strategies for multiple social media platforms, ensuring high engagement and reach.
• Capture both real-life and gameplay moments, along with exciting challenges within our gaming house.
• Produce and edit both short and long-form content that captivates and retains viewer interest.
• Oversee channel management by optimizing titles, thumbnails, and analyzing performance metrics.
• Collaborate directly with players to enhance their personal brands and expand their fan base.
• Ensure a steady stream of daily content by coordinating schedules and staying ahead of trends.

What We're Looking For:

• At least one year of proven experience in editing gaming content, with an understanding of both short-form and long-form formats.
• Deep knowledge of social media algorithms and strategies for growth, particularly on YouTube and TikTok.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, on-site environment, with a proactive and creative mindset.
• A passion for storytelling and a self-driven attitude to manage multiple channels effectively.
• An inherent love for gaming, esports, and the creator culture that propels it.

• Previous experience with esports teams or individual streamers.
