Your Role

As a Scriptwriter, you will play an essential role in creating educational and thought-provoking scripts that captivate our audience's attention. Your main responsibilities will include researching and writing compelling business narratives, uncovering the latest industry trends, and exploring transformative developments in the business landscape.

Key Responsibilities

• Craft engaging long-form scripts for our YouTube videos, as well as concise scripts for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and TikTok.
• Transform video concepts into compelling scripts that resonate with our audience.
• Conduct thorough research on business stories, trends, and developments to create captivating content.
• Develop attention-grabbing hooks and dynamic storytelling techniques to enhance audience engagement and retention.
• Produce educational and documentary-style scripts tailored to the business niche.
• Manage timelines effectively to ensure the timely delivery of scripts.
• Collaborate closely with producers, video editors, and other team members to maintain cohesive content creation.

About You

• At least one year of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in YouTube format scripts, including hooks, retention strategies, and calls to action.
• A deep understanding of what makes YouTube videos go viral.
• Avid consumer of YouTube and business-related content.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
