The Book Collective is hiring a creative and technically skilled AI Content Creator to help shape standout video content for a fast-growing DTC brand. This is a remote role for someone who knows how to turn ideas into polished, performance-driven assets that capture attention across paid social platforms.

In this role, you’ll use advanced AI video tools and smart creative thinking to develop content that feels fresh, native, and built to convert. You’ll work from provided briefs, research, and concept direction to produce videos that are ready for testing and optimization.

What you’ll be creating:

• AI-generated UGC-style ads that feel authentic and natural
• Animated and story-led concepts with a strong visual hook
• High-end cinematic product videos
• AI spokesperson and creator-style content
• Realistic lifestyle scenes and environments
• Short-form ad sequences with clear storytelling
• Attention-grabbing openings and pattern interrupts
• Multiple versions of top-performing creative ideas

What we’re looking for:

• Hands-on experience with AI video creation tools
• Background producing content for DTC or e-commerce brands
• Strong understanding of paid social creative strategy
• Ability to generate realistic AI content that doesn’t feel artificial
• Solid sense of pacing, structure, hooks, and narrative flow
• Skill in keeping products, scenes, and characters visually consistent
• Fast turnaround and comfort producing several creative variations

Experience with tools such as Kling or Seedance 2.5 is a strong advantage.

This role goes beyond editing. We’re looking for someone who understands prompting, scene creation, reference-based generation, and how to build a complete ad from concept to final output.

You’ll be supported with clear angles, research, creative briefs, and reference material. Your job is to transform those inputs into compelling video content that is ready to test and scale.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• Strong English and German communication skills
• Remote availability
• Experience across animation, cinematic, documentary, faceless, motion graphics, shorts/reels, skit, storytime, talking head, and tutorial-style content is a plus

Compensation: $60,000 - $100,000
