MediaFlow is looking for a skilled scriptwriter who can turn complex ideas into compelling long-form YouTube content that keeps viewers engaged from the first line to the final call to action.

In this role, you’ll develop scripts for a variety of topics, including business, marketing, crypto, and other fast-moving niches. Most scripts will run between 8 and 15 minutes, and you can expect a steady monthly workload that grows with your performance and availability.

This is a remote opportunity with room to expand over time. You’ll receive feedback, direction, and support designed to help you sharpen your writing and grow into a stronger content strategist as you work.

We’re especially interested in writers who understand what makes YouTube content work: strong openings, clear pacing, audience retention, and a conversational style that feels natural on camera. If you can write with confidence, clarity, and curiosity, you’ll fit in well here.

What we’re looking for:

You have excellent English skills and can write with a polished, native-level feel. You understand business concepts and can confidently handle terms and ideas commonly used in finance and entrepreneurship. You also have a genuine interest in YouTube content and know how to structure a script so it holds attention.

We’re seeking someone who is proactive, eager to improve, and comfortable producing a high volume of quality work. Prior experience writing long-form YouTube scripts is important, along with strong communication and the ability to collaborate effectively.

Requirements:

Applicants should be based in the US, UK, or EU, and have at least one year of relevant experience. A portfolio showcasing long-form YouTube scripts is required. Strong business literacy and fluent English are essential.

This role offers compensation in the range of $1,500 to $2,000 per month depending on experience and output.
